Summer Appetizer-----kimchi Fried Beef

Thaw the beef naturally, wash and cut into small cubes for later use.

Put the diced beef into a clean bowl, add a little cooking wine, cornstarch, black peppercorns, a spoonful of olive oil, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut Korean kimchi into small pieces.
