Summer Appetizer "crispy Cucumber Slices"

Wash the cucumbers.

Decapsulate the cleaned cucumbers.
3.
Slice the decapsulated cucumber and salt it for two hours.

Squeeze the water from the pickled cucumbers with both hands.
5.
Put the cucumber slices in a wok and fry to dry the water.
6.
Then put: light soy sauce, edible oil, vinegar and a little sugar and mix well.
7.
The fried cucumber slices are cool and put in the refrigerator before taking them out. The taste is super crisp! It's summer porridge, an appetizer for making rice!
Tips:
If you add some perilla and tempeh, it will be more flavorful!
