I remember that when I was young, my mother would often cook this dish every summer. At that time, I didn't like to eat vegetables, so I liked to eat meat. As we grow older, some of the flavors that I didn't like when I was a child have now become homesickness in my memory.

Summer Cold Dishes from Childhood Memories

1. Peanuts are soaked for more than 4 hours and cooked.

2. Wash the celery and cut into sections with an oblique knife, and blanch it with water.

3. Carrot slices and blanched.

4. Put the boiled peanuts, vermicelli, celery, and carrots in a basin, put salt and garlic, pour in hot pepper oil, and serve.

Tips:

Peanuts are not easy to soften, so they should be soaked a few hours in advance before cooking. The cooking time of vermicelli should be controlled according to the quality and not too soft.
