Summer Dessert——red Dates, Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

Soak the fungus overnight, wash and remove the roots and tear off small pieces.

Fresh lotus seeds

Peel the lotus rice and wash.

Wash the jujube and slice it, put it in a boiling pot together with lotus rice and white fungus, add appropriate amount of water and a piece of rock sugar.

Cook for about 30 minutes. I like the white fungus which is a little bit damaging. If you like it, you can cook it for an hour. It can be stored in the refrigerator if it is cool enough to taste better.
