Summer Lazy Food: Chopped Pepper and Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the enoki mushroom head, tear off small pieces and wash, drain and set aside.

Dice green onions and set aside.

Spread the chopped peppers evenly on the enoki mushrooms.

Add appropriate amount of water to the steamer. After the heat is boiled, add the enoki mushrooms, steam for 6 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 1 minute.

Pour out the steamed water from the enoki mushrooms, add some light soy sauce, and chopped green onions (I added some chopped peppers).
6.
Put the oil in the pot, and pour the oil on the enoki mushrooms after the oil smokes.
7.
Finished product.
