Summer Pastoral Stir-fry

Prepare raw materials;

Peel the lotus seeds and rice, cut the lotus root into cubes, dig out the pumpkin balls, and cut the bamboo shoots into small sections;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add a few drops of oil and a little salt, add pumpkin balls and lotus roots, blanch for one minute;

Then add the lotus seed rice and bamboo shoots, put it in and blanch;

After removing all the ingredients, let cool water;

Prepare a bowl of juice: add sugar, starch and white sugar to an appropriate amount of water and mix well;

Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, add the blanched ingredients and stir fry;

Stir-fry for a few times and then continue to pour the juice into the bowl and stir-fry for a few times to collect the juice;
9.
Serve into the plate.
Tips:
1. All the ingredients should be processed into blocks of the same size as far as possible, which is conducive to the consistency of maturity;
2. When blanching, add a little salt and appropriate amount of oil. First, put the hard-to-cook ingredients (lotus root and pumpkin balls) into it and boil for one minute; and put the easy-cooking ingredients (asparagus and lotus seeds) into it. You can get it out of the pot;
3. All the ingredients are blanched and rinsed to keep their crispness; adding a little sugar to the bowl of juice can accentuate the sweetness of the ingredients.
