Summer Pickled Chicken Feet

Remove the ends of the chicken feet, add ginger, boil the pot under water, and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken feet and soak in ice water for 10 minutes.

Cut all ingredients into small cubes for later use.

In the container, spread a layer of ingredients on the bottom, then spread chicken feet, and then spread a layer of ingredients on top. Add sugar and salt to taste.

Add kimchi water to soak, put it in the refrigerator, and it will be OK overnight.
Tips:
If the kimchi water is salty, there is no need to add salt.
