Summer Red Temptation: Shrimp
1.
A big pot of shrimp waiting to be washed, terribly dirty. Use a toothbrush one by one to remove the yellow stuff from the body and the velvet beside the body. I did it three times. After brushing, use scissors to make an opening on the back of the shrimp for easier eating.
2.
Marinate with salt, cooking wine, and ginger for half an hour (add more salt).
3.
Ingredients: sliced ginger, a grain of garlic, fresh basil, spices (use thirteen incense, or just put star anise and cinnamon), red dried chili.
4.
Cook a pot of soup with the bones.
5.
Put the oil in the pan to heat up, add the marinated shrimp and ginger to fry in several times.
6.
The fried shrimps are red, tempting.
7.
Put oil in the pot, don't use too much. Add the spices, ginger slices, garlic and stir fry, then pour in the shrimps, stir fry and pour in the cooked bone broth. The soup is over the shrimps and cook over high heat.
8.
Bring to a boil for about ten minutes, add fresh perilla, add an appropriate amount of salt, and cook for about five to ten minutes.
9.
Add chicken bouillon, light soy sauce, and green onions.
