I didn't take pictures during the process of making sweet and sour soup, so I was too busy. The process is actually to put ten kinds of condiments into the boiling water, the order is not too particular, first put rock sugar and plums, then put some light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, etc., after the high heat is brought to a boil, change to a low heat. Don’t cook for too long. Ten minutes is enough, add more vinegar and sugar, and moderate amount of salt. The soy sauce is just for coloring, just put a little bit. Soy sauce is fresh, and a small amount is enough, otherwise the taste of soy sauce will be strong, and the unique refreshing taste of sweet and sour juice will be overwhelmed.
6.
Put the noodles in a bowl, put a few broccoli, a handful of shredded carrots and shredded cucumber, and then pour the boiled soup into the bowl, it becomes an attractive summer solstice cold noodle.
