Summer Sweet Soup-tremella and Papaya Soup

Tear the white fungus bubble hair into small flowers, soak the lotus seeds 2 hours in advance to remove the inner core

Peel and seed papaya, cut into small pieces for later use

Put the treated lotus seeds, white fungus and rock sugar together in a casserole, pour a proper amount of water, boil on high heat and then turn to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes

Add the sliced papaya cubes, bring to a boil and continue to simmer until the papaya becomes soft
Tips:
1. Tremella and lotus seeds should be soaked in advance
2. If there is a green lotus heart in the lotus seed, it must be removed or it will be bitter
3. When making this soup, the amount of water must be enough, don't add water halfway. If the water is really not enough halfway, you can add proper amount of boiling water
4. It tastes better after putting it in the refrigerator
