Sun Flower Omurice
1.
Prepare ingredients: overnight rice, shrimps, green beans, carrots, chives, eggs;
2.
Shrimps are cut into small pieces;
3.
Add pepper, cooking wine, and a small amount of salt to marinate for 10 minutes;
4.
Wash the green beans, boil the water in the pot, add the green beans and cook for 3 minutes until they are fully cooked;
5.
Add a small amount of salt to the eggs and beat them; (you need to break in two eggs, you need two egg skins to make sunflowers);
6.
Chopped green onions;
7.
Drip a small amount of oil into the pan and wipe it evenly with a kitchen absorbent paper;
8.
Pour in the egg liquid and fry on low heat until the bottom is solidified, no need to turn it over;
9.
I made two egg skins in total; (To make sunflower, you need two egg skins. The first time I used one egg skin, the result was not very beautiful);
10.
Use the side of the egg skin to make petals, and cut the others into even strips;
11.
Heat up the wok, pour in a suitable amount of cooking oil, then pour in the shrimp and fry until the shrimp changes color;
12.
Add carrots and green beans and continue to stir fry;
13.
Add overnight rice, add a small amount of salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir fry until the rice is loose and well cooked;
14.
Add chopped green onion and a small amount of chicken powder, stir fry evenly and serve;
15.
Put the rice in a small bowl first, then pour it upside down on the plate;
16.
Lay the egg strips first by weaving the basket; (Why don’t you turn over when frying the egg crust? Generally, the bottom of the egg crust will be a little mushy when it is fried. So we must at least make sure that one side is still golden, so that the finished product is beautiful!)
17.
Woven into a grid;
18.
Use chopsticks to push the excess egg skin into the rice;
19.
Handle the edges to make the omelet rice look rounder as a whole;
20.
Then arrange the petals and green beans in turn;
21.
Then use the remaining egg skins and mint leaves to make branches and leaves, and use carrots to make a few flower patterns to decorate them. Does it look like sunflowers?
