Sun Tofu

Cut the soft tofu into small rectangles. Walk around the plate.

Brush a little bit of oil and beat in an egg in the middle.

On the steamer. Steam for fifteen minutes.

Put the oil in the pan and stir-fry the minced meat. Then add salt and water to cook. Beat out the minced meat. Pour it on the steamed tofu and eggs. Then leave a little soup in the pot. Add soy sauce and stir well. Forget to shoot and add soy sauce.

Drizzle the minced meat on the tofu. Use chopsticks and egg yolk to make eyes and happy mouths.

Top with soy sauce. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Then steam for another five minutes.
7.
Need to steam twice. Don't worry about the green onion discoloration, it's just as beautiful.
