1.
Put the dried nuts in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them (if you don’t put the nuts, skip this step)
2.
You can use a spoon or put the banana into a fresh-keeping bag and press it into a puree. I use a manual whisk here, which is very convenient.
3.
Add eggs and fine sugar to the mashed banana and mix it with a manual whisk
4.
Add baking powder, baking soda and milk and mix well. Add vegetable oil and stir well
5.
Sift in the flour and stir with a spatula until there is no dry powder.
6.
If you like, add the crushed nuts and mix well. If you don't skip this step, you can directly distribute it into the muffin mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake it for 20-30 minutes using the Zhongda Muffin mold I used. According to the size of the muffin mold and the temper of your own oven, master it yourself
Tips:
The pecan nuts I use can also be added with walnuts, almonds, raisins, cranberries, blueberries, etc. As long as you like, baking is what makes you happy, just casual!
