Super Easy Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Clean the fish head, add appropriate amount of salt, oil, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Turn it over so that the two-sided fish head has enough flavor

After marinating, place it on a plate, and add 4 slices of ginger on top of the fish head.

Top with chopped pepper

Steam it on the pot for 15 minutes and it will be out of the pot.

Tips:
1. The steaming time must be controlled well, otherwise the fish will get old
2. Don't put so much salt, the chopped pepper itself has a salty taste
