Super Easy Salad with Kelp and Cabbage

Soak the kelp hair and wash it for later use. I bought some dried kelp knots at home. You can also go to the market to buy the ones that have been soaked. Look at the amount of clubbing, soak more if you want to do more.

The same goes for cabbage, but I like cabbage a bit more because it really tastes super good. It's very crispy, and the cabbage will not lose nutrition in this way.

Cilantro is a must. If you don’t eat coriander, if you like cold dressing, the effect will be greatly reduced! Wash the coriander, cut into small pieces, and set aside.

Chop the garlic. Those who have time and patience can chop a little bit more. I am the result of being lazy.

This is a homemade chili sauce that tastes great! If you don’t have it, don’t be lazy to buy chili sauce, because the chili sauce on the outside will definitely not taste like this. You can use fresh red chilies instead, or just chop them.

Put coriander, chopped garlic, and black vinegar (depending on personal taste) in the pot. If you like a little sour, you can put more vinegar, add a little salt (don’t need too much, otherwise it’s too salty), and add a little bit more Soy sauce, sesame oil, and of course my homemade chili sauce is indispensable. Because it's spicy, I only put a little bit.

Boil the water in another pot. After the water is boiled, add the cut cabbage. It is not recommended to cut the cabbage too small, as it is inconvenient to eat. It is better to cut into thin strips. Put it in the water for a while, it doesn't take too long, because the cabbage will become soft after cooking for too long, and it will not be crispy to eat, and the nutrients in the vegetables will also be lost!

After picking up the cabbage, add the kelp. The kelp is also shredded. I personally like to cook the kelp longer so that the kelp can be cooked thoroughly and the fishy smell of the kelp can be removed. Those who are afraid of the fishy smell of the kelp can also put it properly. Some ginger will have a better effect on removing fishy.

Put the boiled cabbage and kelp into the previously adjusted ingredients while they are hot, and stir well! Isn’t it super simple and easy to make, even for a cooking idiot like me!
