Super Fast! Banana Chocolate Muffin!

Peel the banana and press it into a puree with a spoon. It doesn’t matter if there are larger particles

Mashed banana, vegetable oil, fine sugar, and eggs are mixed with a manual whisk

Add baking powder, baking soda and stir well

Sift in low powder, cocoa powder and mix well
5.
Add chocolate beans and rum, stir well, divide into muffin mold

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put it in the mold, and bake for 20-30 minutes. I use Da Muffin Cup. If you use other molds, you can control the temperature and time by yourself!
Tips:
According to your preference, you can add some dried fruit, raisins, etc. to make Topping, I use pecans
