When I went to a restaurant to eat Maoxuewang, I always felt that bean sprouts would be left after two bites. So I improved a version at home and added my favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

1. Prepare the ingredients as above

2. Heat oil, add green pepper and garlic cloves and stir fry until fragrant, add bean sprouts and rapeseed, stir fry for 2 minutes, spread out on the bottom of the plate

3. Duck blood and yellow throat blanched, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water, 30 seconds

4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot, heat it up, add green pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, and millet pepper to fry until fragrant, then add the butter cubes at the bottom of the hot pot, and fry to melt the flavor

5. Add water to boil, add fish tofu, lobster balls, luncheon meat, cook for 2 minutes

6. Add duck blood and yellow throat and cook for 1 minute

7. Pour out and pour on top of bean sprouts; then sprinkle with chili noodles, minced garlic, dried chilies, and white sesame seeds

8. Drizzle hot oil on it

9. The home version of Maoxuewang is ready, with white rice, fragrant!

This is a dish that doesn’t care about the ingredients, just put whatever you like
