When it comes to salads, we all eat raw foods. In fact, raw foods are not good for the stomach. You should eat some warm foods. Hot salads are even better for the stomach.
In this super hot salad, there are quinoa and chickpeas that are known as super foods.

Super Hot Salad

1. Pour grape seed oil in the pot

2. First, pour the diced carrots into the pot and stir fry. After frying the aroma, pour the soaked black fungus and stir fry for about 2 minutes
