Tips:
1. The radish does not need to be dried too much. It only needs to be dried for one day in the sun and two days in the small sun, so that the radish sticks can keep more moisture, so that the dried radish will be juicy and crisp. Dried radishes made by this method can generally be stored for about a week. If you want to keep them for a longer time, you only need to dry the radishes until they are completely dry, but they are not as delicious.
2. The dried radish can be dried and blanched. First, you can wash away the dust that sticks to the sun, and second, you can remove the spicy flavor of the radish, so that the dried radish tastes better.
3. The time to dry again is about tens of minutes, without sun drying.
4. Dried radishes are not dried until they are completely dried and have a better taste, but their storage time is much shorter. After a long time, they will become sour. Eat as soon as possible.
5. Try to choose more tender radishes, which have enough moisture and taste better.
