Super Tasty Salt Baked Chicken Feet

Wash chicken feet repeatedly

Put it in a pot, add water, cooking wine, ginger slices, and peppercorns to blanch water

After blanching the water, remove the chicken feet

Rinse with clean water and drain

Add salt and half of the salt baking powder and mix well. The amount of salt here is enough to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
