Since the trial of Supor’s electric stew pot, this pot and my rice cooker have been on the same level, each occupying half of the sky, because it is the same as the rice cooker. It is placed together with chestnut stew chicken every day, specially bought fresh chestnut, The chicken is rotten and not broken. It’s just right.

Ingredients

1. Put the chestnut in a basin, boil a pot of boiling water, pour it in and soak for 5-10 minutes, take it out. This will make it easier to peel off the chestnut inside. Peel off the shell and chestnut and wash it for later use.

2. Put the chicken in the pot, add the water that has not used the chicken, boil for two more minutes after the high heat, then remove the chicken and wash it out. The meat that is stewed under cold water is firmer and not easy to disperse.

Tips:

1. My kids love to eat chestnuts, so I add a lot of them. The taste is salty and sweet. Chestnuts can be reduced to 500 grams according to personal taste.
2. Don't worry about it during the whole process, it will keep warm after the stew
3. After the stew, the chicken will be firmer and not broken at all, but it will be very thorough after one bite.
4. The amount of water is determined according to personal preference. The water that you like to drink can be a little more, but it can't be full or too little. It should be at least 5cm higher than the bottom of the chicken.
