Supor, Radish and Seaweed Pork Rib Soup

Prepare ingredients: ribs, dried kelp, white radish

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, boil the bleeding water

Prepare the peppercorns and ginger slices, soak the kelp in hot water, wash it, peel the radish and cut into pieces with a hob

Put the washed ribs in the electric saucepan

Add water to the electric cooker, add ginger slices and peppercorns
6.
Select the ribs soup program (originally 2 and a half hours, I reduced it by 30 minutes), press the start button

The ribs soup that was boiled after 1 hour was white and it tasted very fragrant

Pour the white radish into the pot
9.
Add kelp and continue to simmer
10.
When the time is up, add salt to taste
