Supor Tangerine Peel Lotus Seed Pork Belly Soup
1.
After the pork belly is thoroughly washed, put cold water into the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, turn on the fire, blanch it, and then take it out and wash it carefully
2.
The cleaned pork belly can be cut or not, as you like, soak the oyster sauce in water and then wash it, wash the carrots and bamboo shoots, cut into pieces, and soak the dried tangerine peel.
3.
Add half a pot of water
4.
Put the pork belly in (Note: I didn’t cut it because I wanted to take out the pork belly and eat it after boiling the soup)
5.
Candied dates, dried tangerine peel, oyster sauce in the pot
6.
Then add the baby corn, carrots and ginger slices
7.
Close the lid
8.
Select the "Boiling Lean Meat Soup" button to start boiling
9.
Boil for about 1 hour. At this time, put the lotus seeds in, continue to cook for 1 hour, and add proper amount of salt before eating.
Tips:
1. Thoroughly wash the pork belly, add ginger and cooking wine when blanching the water, and then carefully clean it again, so that after the treatment, there is basically no peculiar smell.
2. Fresh or dried lotus seeds can be used. If they are fresh, they should be put later to avoid boiling over a long time.
3. Oysters are used to improve freshness, so there is nothing left to do.
