Susanding
1.
Prepare the cooked peas and corn kernels (if you use fresh ones, blanch them in boiling water for use).

Cut carrots into small cubes.
3.
Cut the green onions into chopped green onions.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.
5.
Add carrots.
6.
Stir fry until it breaks up and sees softness.
7.
Add peas and corn kernels and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Season with salt and stir-fry evenly.
