I loved it when I was in school. I tried many ways and it was still delicious!

Ingredients

Sushi

1. Fried eggs into pancakes (I like to put a little salt) if you don’t like it, you can leave it

2. Carrots, cucumbers, ham sausage, sour radish, and eggs are all set into strips

3. Spread a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain (the slippery side is up)

4. Put sugar and white vinegar in the rice and mix well

5. Spread the rice flat on the seaweed (leave some distance above the seaweed, or the rice will run out when rolled)

6. Put carrots, cucumbers, sour radishes, eggs, ham

7. Roll it up and cut it out with a knife
