Sushi

Prepare the ingredients, sushi roll seaweed, sushi vinegar, rice, cut the ham into thin strips, and cut the cucumber into thin strips for later use

Add appropriate amount of sushi vinegar to the rice.

Roll out the sushi curtain, put seaweed on the curtain (I also put plastic wrap for easy cleaning of the curtain), then slowly spread the rice, and put cucumber strips, ham strips, radish strips, and pork floss on the side near you .

Place cucumber strips, ham strips, radish strips, and pork floss on the end near you, and roll the end near you slowly.

After the roll is finished, wrap it in plastic wrap and dip the sushi knife in a little water so that the rice will not stick to the rice when it is cut. Cut off the incomplete parts at both ends, and cut with the tip of the knife from top to bottom, each piece roughly even.

Fill a small bowl with soy sauce and mustard, and you can enjoy the deliciousness.
