Tips:
1. My sushi vinegar is made by myself: white vinegar, sugar and salt (ratio 10:5:1 or adjust according to taste), heat together in a pot to melt the sugar completely, do not boil the white vinegar
2. The meat floss is made with bean dregs on the Internet. Add a spoonful of brown sugar, two spoons of soy sauce, a little salt to the bean dregs and stir them in the pot.
3. Adding an appropriate amount of glutinous rice to the cooked rice can increase the Q feeling of the rice, and add water slightly less than usual when adding rice.
