Sushi Rolls

Wash the rice and put it in a rice cooker to cook. I added some white vinegar when cooking the rice. The cooked rice is very fragrant (the rice I use is usually better rice, not sushi rice, but not worse than sushi rice. They are still very delicious)

Put the cooked rice out and add apple cider vinegar while it’s hot (I didn’t use sushi vinegar or the ratio of white vinegar to sugar. Apple cider vinegar is as delicious as it is sold in supermarkets)

Cut and mix the rice and vinegar evenly, let cool and set aside

Prepare the materials

Put a piece of seaweed on the sushi curtain

Then spread a layer of rice on the seaweed, don’t spread too much rice, one third is almost the same

Spread a layer of salad on top of the rice (I used Chobe's sweet salad, so it tastes sweet and delicious)

After spreading the salad dressing, spread a layer of pork floss

Then put on cucumber, sausage, salted radish, carrot

Roll up the sushi curtain by hand, roll it up from bottom to top, and dip a little water on the last side to make it sticky.

Cut the rolled sushi evenly into pieces to enjoy the food
Tips:
Because I do more, I have more materials, and if I do less, I can reduce the materials appropriately.
This is really delicious. Every time I sit up, my sister can eat a lot. I always say that one bowl is better when I eat. I can eat several bowls when I eat this. There are also colleagues, foodies, you can eat you all at once. It was wiped out after a few hours of hard work.
