Sushi Rolls with Seaweed Rice
1.
First prepare the auxiliary materials: (1) Peel the carrots and cut them into half-centimeter-thick strips with a knife. (2) Beat the eggs, add salt, and fry them in a baking pan. Let cool and cut into one-centimeter wide strips. (3) Cut the ham sausage in half, then cut it in half, cut into 4 long strips, put it in a baking pan and fry it. If you like to eat it directly, you don't need to fry it. Steam the rice until half-cooled and set aside.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of white vinegar into a small half bowl of two spoons of sugar, and cook in a stainless steel pot or basin until the sugar dissolves. You can see how much vinegar and sugar you put in according to your personal taste. Add them to the steamed rice and mix well.
3.
Lay the sushi curtain, put the sushi nori, and place the horizontal stripes on the smooth side down. Spread the mixed rice evenly on a thin layer with a flat spatula. Compacted.
4.
Put the ham sausage, egg strips, carrots, and large radish roots together tightly and squeeze the salad dressing. If you don't like sweet, you can use Thousand Island dressing instead.
5.
Once everything is set, roll it up with a sushi curtain and cut it into sections to eat.
6.
There is also a tuna. Just like the above, put carrots, ham sausage, egg strips, radish roots, and squeeze the tuna with salad dressing. More sauce is better. Roll it up tightly and cut it into sections.
7.
It's on the table, it's dinner.
Tips:
The ratio of white vinegar to sugar can be adjusted slowly according to your own taste. If you like a little sour, add a little less sugar. Add more salad dressing to taste better. You can also add in the accessories you like, such as bacon and prawns. Of course, you can't add them all to the meat or fish. Don't add them together. If you like to eat vegetables, you can add cucumber strips. It’s the first time to post a recipe, dear ones, please show me a lot.
