Japanese culture is an unbelievable but admirable thing. Take sushi, for example, it always makes people despise: It's just a rice ball.

But Chinese rice is made into pho rice noodles, wheat is made into noodles and bread, how much higher is it than other people's rice balls?

I rarely eat Japanese food, but I really like the taste of sushi. Recently I have been studying bread a lot. One day I suddenly saw sushi. I remembered the bag of northeastern rice in the rice bucket that I could not finish (don’t like) it. I was a little eager to try it. The materials are ready. But it's just to make a rice ball without sashimi, because I can't eat sashimi, even raw cucumber, but the raw cucumber is very delicious in this rice ball.

When I ate the first piece of my own finished product, I felt that the essence of the rice ball was actually the seaweed and vinegar. As long as the taste of the rice was reached, it didn't matter what was inside, and it was chewy without dipping it on the outside.

I tried the first Japanese food with the meat floss that I made for the first time. My first Japanese food—sushi, tastes smooth and firm, with the right sour and sweetness, just like the taste in the sushi restaurant, with a bowl of red bean porridge, and a complete dinner.

The method of making sushi is quite simple. You don’t need to master heat or any technique, and there is no possibility of failure. It is really a good choice for lazy people and working people. The combination of meat and vegetables is delicious and you are not afraid of gaining weight.

Tips:

1. I used a 160ML capacity cup and a cup of rice, and the amount of rice cooked is about 1 to 1.5 bowls of ordinary rice bowls. In fact, one roll of sushi and one bowl of rice are enough. In the picture, I made two rolls with this amount of rice;

2. You don't need to use sushi rice specially. The northeast rice is very good. When washing the rice, rub the rice bran with a little force, and the rice will be more crystal clear;

3. Regarding vinegar, just put an appropriate amount, just mix the rice well;

4. Thousand island dressing is what I mix at random, you can leave it if you don't like it, and even those who like sweet salad dressing can also match it;

5. For the taste, remove the seeds when the cucumber is cut into strips;

6. Square ham is generally not that long, and can be cut in two for connection;

7. Don't be too greedy to cut long strips that are too big, and don't put too many ingredients, because a piece of seaweed is actually only enough to roll once, and there is too much content and it is not easy to roll;

8. Use a sharp enough knife when dicing, and after every cut, wipe it clean and then cut a second cut to keep the cut beautiful;

9. Online shopping for sushi materials is complete and convenient. If you don’t like online shopping, you can buy sushi vinegar and sushi soy sauce in supermarkets. The brand and capacity are the same, and the price is not much different.

10. In fact, sushi mainly pays attention to rice and seaweed. When these two are done, the taste will be available, and the content inside can be freely used according to your preferences.
