Sweet and Crispy Peanuts with Frosting
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Put the peanuts in the microwave for roasting, and heat up and down at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes
3.
Take out the roasted peanuts and set aside.
4.
Put the cornstarch in the oven at 150 degrees for 3-5 minutes-, bake it and take it out for later use
5.
To fry the sugar, put the sugar and water in the wok, and stir it clockwise until the syrup becomes thick and sticky.
6.
Quickly pour the roasted peanuts into the syrup and stir evenly, then use a sieve to sieve the cornstarch into the stirred peanuts, turn off the heat and continue to stir until the frosting appears.
7.
Serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. When the syrup is boiled, be sure to use a low heat to prevent it from simmering, but it must be boiled until the foam appears a little yellow, otherwise it is too thin and will not cause the frosting.
2. You can add more sugar if you like sweet ones. The more sugar you have, the more frosting is better.
