Sweet and Nourishing---claypot Pork Bone with Cordyceps Flower

Wash the pork bones slightly, soak them in clean water for 1 hour, and change the water several times in between.

Wash cordyceps flowers and drain, and cut corn into small pieces.

Put the pork bones, corn, cordyceps flower, and ginger slices into the soup pot, pour enough water and bring it to a boil.

Skim the scum and turn to low heat for 1.5 hours.
