Donuts are another form of bread. Deep-fried, it feels not as healthy as roasted. However, the temptation of deliciousness is hard to resist. Thinking about extravagance occasionally, it is always out of control when you make it. The baby eats it. Two days later, I want to eat it again. Big friends like it very much. Anyway, what you make is cleaner than what you buy outside, so just keep making it, haha...

Sweet and Soft Donuts

1. Mix the glutinous rice flour and water into the microwave on high heat for about two minutes

2. Put the cooked glutinous rice paste in the refrigerator for one hour

3. Mix flour, rock sugar powder, yeast, milk powder, and salt

4. Pour the egg liquid and glutinous rice paste into the bucket of the bread machine

5. Pour in the mixed flour and make a quick kneading stall for 20 minutes

6. Add butter and knead for another 20 minutes

7. Check if the fascia can be pulled out. It is enough if the fascia can be pulled out. If not, continue rubbing for a while

8. Adjust to the fermentation gear to ferment for about an hour, and spread to 2.5 times the size

9. Exhaust, wake up for about 15 minutes, then roll out into a 5 mm thick sheet

10. Use an abrasive tool to carve out the shape of the flower

11. Then use the egg tart sharpener to carve out the hollow

12. There is no special grinding tool for donuts, so it will be very beautiful, right?

13. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment again to double the size

14. Add the doughnuts to 30% of the oil and fry slowly

15. Keep flipping, deep fried until golden on both sides

16. Decorated with coconut and sugar needles, the beautiful and delicious donuts are ready

Tips:

One: If you don't like too soft and waxy, you don't need glutinous rice paste, and the taste is also very good;

Two: When frying, use a low heat and turn frequently;

Three: It is not advisable to eat more fried foods, especially if this sugar needle is just to look good, it is better to eat less.
