Sweet and Soft, Simple Brown Sugar and Red Dates Small Bowl Cake
1.
Take appropriate amount of jujube, wash and soak softly.
2.
Core and chop the jujube.
3.
50 grams of brown sugar, dissolved with 280 grams of boiling water, and allowed to dry until warm water (not hot)
4.
Add 2 grams of baking soda to 300 grams of flour, 3 grams of aluminum-free baking powder, and 3 grams of yeast.
5.
Pour the warm brown sugar water into the flour little by little and mix well.
6.
The thick batter picked up with chopsticks is fine.
7.
Add chopped red dates and mix well.
8.
Be sure to smear all the vegetable oil in the small bowl (avoid sticking to the bowl) and pour the batter into four small bowls. Pour the batter four to five minutes full, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of black sesame seeds. I added a lot of batter when I made it, and the lid was lifted up when I steamed.
9.
Steam in a pot under cold water on a low heat, and when it is time for SAIC, turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes. Do not raise the pot immediately after steaming, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Tips:
Note: 1. Be sure to wait for the brown sugar water to become warm before mixing the noodles, otherwise the yeast will easily be scalded to death and will not ferment. 2. Be sure to cook under cold water. The process of low fire is the process of waiting for it to ferment. Be sure to use a high fire when steaming, and then start timing for 20 minutes.
