Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish
1.
Pick off the leaves of the radish and leave the fresh and tender leaves. Wash the radishes and leaves with water separately
2.
Cut the radishes horizontally and evenly into slices, without cutting the bottom. (You can also take a pair of chopsticks and place it on both sides of the radish to cut, so that it is easier to operate
3.
Then cut it vertically into slices into a cross knife
4.
Cut all the radishes one by one
5.
Sprinkle a little salt in the radish and marinate for about 10 minutes. (This can kill part of the water in the radish, and it will be more crispy to eat). Then pour out the marinated water and rinse the radishes with clean water to remove the taste of salt
6.
Sprinkle sugar in the radish, then pour in an appropriate amount of white vinegar. (The leaves contain a lot of cellulose and vitamins and can also be pickled and eaten together)
7.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes, and keep it in the refrigerator for a crisper taste. After 30 minutes, the sweet and sour cherry radishes are ready to eat
Tips:
The amount of sugar and vinegar can be adjusted according to your preferences. While eating radish, don’t throw away the radish sprout. Its nutritional value is higher than that of radish in many aspects, and its vitamin C content is nearly twice as high as that of the root.
