Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish

Cut the cherry radish into thin slices without cutting off the bottom

Put it in a bowl, add salt and pickle for about half an hour, wait until the radish softens slightly, wash off the salt

Mix apple cider vinegar and sugar. If it feels too thick, add a small amount of water to dilute
4.
Pour the adjusted juice into the radishes, marinate for 20 minutes and serve
