Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish
1.
After washing the cherry radish, cut off the roots, put the radish on the cutting board, cut the knife vertically, do not cut through, leave about 5 mm underneath, and cut a coin thickness with a blade.
2.
Then make a 180 degree reversal of the radish, that is, put the position of the cut just upside down, then tilt the knife 45 degrees, and still cut the blade.
3.
This is how the cut radish with a knife is pulled apart.
4.
Put salt, sugar and rose vinegar in the radish. I use the rose vinegar made by myself. If not, I can change it to fruit vinegar or white vinegar.
5.
Marinate for about two hours and add a few drops of sesame oil.
6.
Pickled radishes.
7.
When serving, you can put a little coriander to decorate and enhance the flavor.
