Sweet and Sour Chicken

Use a knife to make a circle on the bone at the small end of the chicken wing to cut off the meat and tendons.

Carefully turn the meat upwards gradually.

Put the turned wing roots in a large bowl, mix the chicken wing roots with eggs, custard powder, salt, monosodium glutamate, and starch. Marinate for 30-60 minutes.

Fry with about 50% of the heat until it is light yellow, then increase the temperature for a long time, turn and fry until golden brown, filter the oil and set aside.

Cut green and red peppers into pieces, pineapple (canned pineapple), and cantaloupe into pieces.

Spread the green and red pepper with the oil from the fried chicken wings while it is hot, then immediately remove it and set aside.

Saute minced ginger garlic and chopped dried onion until fragrant.

Add tomato sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and a little water starch, and stir well.

Pour in green and red peppers, pineapple chunks, and cantaloupe chunks.
10.
Pour in the roots of the chicken wings and continue to stir well, so that the roots of the wings are full of juice.

Take out the pan and serve.
