Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

Clean the chicken wings, put them in the pot, add water (cover the chicken wings), add a little salt, five-spice powder, high heat, and cover the pot. Peel the shallots, wash, cut in half, and shred.

Cook the chicken wings for about 3-5 minutes, remove them, and place them with the chopped green onions.

Use the sauce on the photo, half a bag.

Mix the chicken wings and shallots evenly with the sauce, or marinate for a few minutes. (I didn’t pickle in a hurry)

On high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil to the frying spoon, about 10 seconds, and put it in the chicken wings.

Tips:
This sauce is easy to stick to the pan, you can use medium heat, pay attention to stir fry quickly.
