Sweet and Sour Edamame in Shell

Material: Edamame

Cut off a corner of the edamame with scissors,

Clean it up.

Scoop out and set aside.

Add 1 scoop of cooking wine to the bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.

Add 3 spoons of sugar.

Add 4 spoons of light soy sauce.

Add 5 scoops of water.
