Sweet and Sour Hairtail

The hairtail is cleaned and cut into small sections, and marinated for a while with salt, cooking wine, green onions, and ginger (the specific amount is indicated in the last tip)

Wrap the hairtail with a thin layer of cornstarch and fry it in an oil pan until it is light yellow. Remove and drain the oil.

Put a little salad oil in the pot, first add green onions, ginger and red pepper

Then add other seasonings (the specific amount is indicated in the last tip)

Add appropriate amount of water

Finally add the fried hairtail

Start the switch button, select the program (broiled fish), the cooking program will be executed automatically, the default time is 20 minutes

When there are 8 minutes left, the machine reminds that the juice has been drained, and the program ends early. The whole cooking time is 12 minutes
Tips:
1. Adjust the ratio of sweet and sour according to your own preferences. If there is no automatic pot, follow the usual practice
2. Fry the octopus before it is used to set the shape, and the fish will not disperse easily when it is cooked.
3. Hairtail is easy to cook, so you can end the program early
