Sweet and Sour Hairtail

Go to the beginning and end. After washing, cut into about 2 inch pieces, sprinkle a little salt and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

Use kitchen paper towels to absorb the water from the marinated hairtail section, dip it in a thin layer of flour, and shake off the dry powder.

Mix a bowl of sweet and sour sauce, the ratio is about this: 1 tablespoon of cooking wine + 2 tablespoons of soy sauce + 3 tablespoons of sugar + 4 tablespoons of vinegar + 5 tablespoons of water, stir well and set aside.

Tips:
