Sweet and Sour Hairtail

Clean the hairtail, cut into 5 cm sections, and wash.

Prepare garlic slices, ginger slices, green onion, green onion, chili, and Chinese pepper.

Use the cleaned hairtail paper to absorb as much water as possible.

Heat oil in a wok, slightly more, turn to low heat and fry the octopus on both sides.

The fried hairtail is poured out to control oil.

Save the oil, saute the onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper.

Add the octopus, do not stir fry vigorously, or the octopus will break up, pour it directly into the sauce and bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then add the sauce to a thick heat until it is thick.

Out of the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onions or cilantro to garnish.
