Sweet and Sour Hairtail

The hairtail is cleaned and cut into small sections, and marinated for a while with salt 1 g, cooking wine 5ML, green onions and ginger

Tips:
The ratio of sweet and sour is adjusted according to your own preference. Before frying the octopus, it is to set the shape. When the fish is cooked, it is not easy to loosen. The octopus is easy to cook, so you can end the program ahead of time.
