Sweet and Sour Honeyed Lemon

Soak the lemon in salt water for half an hour. If you are in a hurry, you can rub the lemon with salt so that the wax on the surface of the lemon can be removed. ⚠It must not be omitted ❗❗❗

Cut the lemon with the wax off and cut off the white part of the head and tail where there is no pulp, otherwise the white part will be bitter and affect the taste of the lemonade. Slice the lemon for later use.
