100 grams of potatoes / 40 grams of chickpeas / 40 grams of hawthorn sticks. Accessories: Coconut / dried cranberries. The above ingredients only represent the amount of production and not the amount of the baby's meal
2.
Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight.
*After the chickpeas are full of water, they will become soft when cooked again, which is more conducive to the baby's digestion and absorption. When soaking, it is best to keep it in the refrigerator to prevent the external temperature from being too high.
3.
Drain the water the next day and peel off the skin.
*In order to prevent the baby from being choked by the bean skin, and to taste better and more delicate, I recommend peeling it.
4.
Put the peeled chickpeas into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and boil over the heat. When the water boils, turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook for about 30 minutes.
*If you want to save time, you can also use the pressure cooker directly. In short, you have to cook it until it is crushed lightly with your hands, which is particularly soft.
5.
Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes, and steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes.
*The potatoes here can be replaced with roots and stems such as sweet potatoes, yams, and purple potatoes.
6.
Take it out after it's fully cooked, and pound it into a puree for later use.
7.
Cut the hawthorn sticks into small cubes and set aside as well.
*0The addition of hawthorn sticks is a hot item in our shop, I will not introduce it here. In short, adding it can appetite and increase appetite. Of course, you can replace it with other fillings such as red bean paste and pork floss.
8.
Cook the chickpeas until they are soft, remove them, and mash them into a puree.
*I recommend making sure to mash while it's hot! This will be simpler and more delicate. Sisters who are not afraid of trouble, the taste will be better after a sieve.
9.
Then add the hummus to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
*If you want to replace chickpeas, you should also choose mung beans and red beans, which are less watery ingredients.
*Small-month-old babies are very accepting of the taste of natural ingredients, so filling is enough. If you are older-month-old babies, you can add some sugar in this step.
10.
Take an appropriate amount of bean paste and put it in your hand, and arrange it into a cake.
11.
Put the hawthorn sticks inside the cake, close the mouth, and knead it into a ball shape by hand.
12.
Finally, the surface is evenly coated with a layer of coconut paste. Sisters who don’t have coconut paste can just wrap a small amount of milk powder~
13.
I also put dried cranberries on the top and decorated it. Isn’t it better? It’s perfect to serve as a nutritious meal for your baby~
