Sweet and Sour Kelp Shreds

A piece of dried kelp.

Wash garlic cloves and dried chilies.

Chopped green onions. (I prepared it in advance)

The garlic and dried chili are all finely chopped.

Spread the kelp and soak it in clean water for no more than 30 minutes.

It is best to scrub with a toothbrush, rinse repeatedly, and then drain the water.

Cut into filaments.

Put clear water in a pot and bring it to a boil, blanch the seaweed in the pot, boil and stir to remove.

Drain again and let cool.

Add oil to the pot and sauté the minced garlic and dried chili.

Then saute the chopped green onions.

Add two spoons of balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and add according to personal preference.

Wait for a while to cool, add the kelp and stir evenly.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, pour in sesame oil for fragrant flavor, and serve on a plate.
