Sweet and Sour-lemon Honey Water
1.
4 lemons, rub the skin with salt and rinse.
2.
Peel off the skin. It's a little difficult, but it's okay!
3.
Pix thin filaments.
4.
Add the right amount of water
5.
Bring the fire to a boil and turn to a low fire for about 1 hour. The water has turned yellow. Turn off the heat, add an appropriate amount of honey, stir to melt in the lemon water. Then filter. Let cool.
6.
Use a juicer to extract water from the pulp of the lemon, and then add the extracted water to the lemon and honey water after cooling. This benefit can better protect the VC in the lemon pulp. It can be stored in the refrigerator and taken as you drink. The taste is sour and sweet, and it tastes much better than the drink you bought!
