Sweet and Sour Lotus Root

Dice the lotus root and wash away the starch. Take a small bowl and adjust the sweet and sour sauce. The classic sweet and sour sauce ratio is: 1 wine, 2 sauce, 3 sugar, 4 vinegar, and 5 water.

Put the lotus root in hot oil in a pan, stir fry over high heat, and pour in sweet and sour sauce.

Stir-fry over high heat until the soup thickens and sprinkle with green onions.
