Sweet and Sour Lotus Root Slices

Prepare ingredients, wash ginger, peel and wash lotus root.

Shred the ginger and slice the lotus root into thin slices.

Wash the lotus root with clean water first to remove a part of the starch. Add about 15 grams of white vinegar to the water, soak again for more than half an hour, and then remove it for use.

For the bowl of juice, put 3 tablespoons of sugar, about 15 grams of white vinegar, half a tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of starch and a little water in the bowl and mix well.

Put the oil in a pot on the light, heat the oil and add the ginger.

After the ginger is saute, pour in the lotus root slices, and stir-fry on high heat. After the fried lotus root slices are raw, pour the bowl of juice from the side of the pot, and stir-fry for a few more times to get out of the pot.
